Leeds Immigration Lawyers is a consortium of Leeds Immigration Service.Org managed by the Leeds Immigration Advice Centre, a regulated immigration advisory service network in the UK.

LIAC is an immigration law firm regulated by a Professional Body to provide legal advice and representation services to those in need in the UK and Overseas. We are also authorised by the UKVI / Home Office to provide Same Day Visa Service to all our clients at their PEO Centres. This way, our client will not have to wait for decision on their applications for weeks, months or even years. We are made up of consortium of organisations with common motive to support, empower and establish migrant's rights under the UK immigration rules. We now also provide Scholarship Awards to the Public through our worldwide Educational Assistance Programmes.

We charge marginal fee for initial Consultation advice for those who are not eligible. These charges are based only on the cost to us of providing the service required and we keep them as low as possible for the assured quality advice that we give to our clients.

We can assist those already present in the UK who is seeking advice and representation about the admission of relatives and about their own applications and also to change their status or for further leave to remain, settlement and UK Citizenship.

We can assist migrant to seek reconsideration of refused British citizenship application as well as providing administrative review services to those whose visas have been refused by the Home Office.

CLIENT'S SAFETY:

LIAC operates transparent funds management - Client Account Rules; this implies that client money for disbursement on cases are held on a segregated bank account that has been opened by us upon the retention of their cases. We do not put clients' funds in our business account for their safe assurance.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE RULES - CLIENT'S SAFETY:

LIAC is subject to a periodic account audit with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA previously known as OISC) for policy and procedures compliant. This gives our entire clients added security and assurance that they are in safe hand concerning how we handle their immigration matters. The IAA is the public body, which regulates immigration advice and services within the UK for consistency.

ADDED SAFETY:

In addition, engaged clients are also able to complain directly to the CILEx Regulation - The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives regarding the conduct of our lawyer in regard to their case handling matters.
